ARTHRITIS

Arthritis disease is of two types – Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis.

Rheumatoid: Rheumatoid factors are produced in response to some unknown antigens causing inflammation of synovial membrane of the joints, bony erosions, fibrosis of joint and joint effusion. These factors affect small joints more vigorously and hips and other large joints are usually spared.

Osteoarthritis: Osteoarthritis is more common in damp atmospheres and the susceptibility rate is higher among females. The destruction of articulator and formation of new bony projections cause inflammation of joints. Pain heightens as one engages into activity and is relieved by resting. Astound known as creptius is elicited while moving the joint. Osteoarthritis generally affects big joints such as hips, knees and spines.

Common Herbs for Arthritis:

Burdock roots are famous for their anti-inflammatory reputation. Boiled root soup can be consumed two to three times a day. Other common anti-inflammatory herbs include flaxseeds and turmeric. Two spoons of flaxseeds or oil can be consumed on daily basis without heating either of them. Turmeric can be consumed by adding it as an ingredient to the cooked food. You can also apply this herb directly on the affected joints to feel relief from the pain.

Testimonials

Arthritis is such a painful disease and it kept all my activity in check for the entire time I suffered from it. I could bare more around the house when I suffered from osteoarthritis. I am very thankful to Dr. Ritu Bharadwaj for helping me cure this disease.

All doctors told me that Rheumatoid arthritis is a chronic disease and there is no permanent cure to it. They gave me pain killers to deal with the disease and often I had to change the medicines as their effectiveness waned. Then a friend suggested Family Care Clinic in India and their treatment has cured me to a great extent.

I was finally relieved from all the embarrassment that was caused due to arthritis, by Dr. Ritu. I could not walk properly and I had trouble even standing up from a chair. Now I walk and roam around as elegantly as possible. Thank you so much Dr. Ritu.
